Atelier sur la pénalisation des personnes vivant dans la pauvreté

Les 17 et 18 mars 2011, l’ICHRP a organisé à Genève une table ronde internationale dans le but de contribuer à la préparation de rapports et de notes d’informations autour de son nouveau projet sur la pénalisation des personnes vivant dans la pauvreté.

Nous nous sommes entretenus avec quelques uns de ces experts pour qu’ils nous fasse part de leurs observations et commentaires sur des sujets liés à la pénalisation de la pauvreté dans différentes régions du monde.
